In the present invention, there is disclosed a self-expandable biologically degradable stent (1) comprising a base structure made of entangled biologically degradable fiber, where a core polymer fiber (2) with X-ray contrast filler is coated with another polymer or the core polymer fiber (2) is provided with a uniformly dispersed X-ray contrast substance, or the core polymer fiber (2) is coated with a polymer in which the X-ray contrast substance is uniformly dispersed. Further, the entangled fibers of the ready base structure of the stent (1) are coated with a dispersion of a filler with X-ray contrast substance and a polymer to thereby providing the base structure of the stent (1) with a biologically degradable foil (3), in which an active substance is encapsulated, wherein the active substance is selected from the group consisting of a medicament, proteins, enzymes, genes, stem cells, radioactive substances for local treatment of tumors. Preparation process of the above-described self-expandable biologically degradable stent (1) is characterized in that a core polymer fiber (2) with X-ray contrast filler is coated with another polymer or the core polymer fiber (2) is provided with a uniformly dispersed X-ray contrast substance, or the core polymer fiber (2) is coated with a polymer in which the X-ray contrast substance is uniformly dispersed. Subsequently, the entangled fibers of the ready base structure of the stent (1) are coated with a dispersion of filler with X-ray contrast substance and a polymer to thereby providing the base structure of the stent (1) with a biologically degradable foil (3), in which an active substance is encapsulated. After providing the stent (1) with the with X-ray contrast substance, the stent (1) is subjected to heat treatment whereupon it is coated with a biologically degradable elastic foil (3) made of biologically degradable X-ray contrast fiber containing a medicament and finally, so prepared stent (1) is subjected for the second time to heat treatment whereupon it is repeatedly provided with another, thinner biologically degradable foil containing another medicament.
