The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to dermatology and provides a method for forecasting effectiveness of treating psoriasis patients with infliximab by determining a molecular composition of skin biopsy sample and blood serum of a psoriasis patient before treatment obtaining and testing skin biopsy material and the blood serum of the psoriasis patient, determining in the skin biopsy material polymorphism in position 676 of sixth exon of TNF-R-II gene, determining IL-10 content in the blood serum. When detecting homozygous genotype TT in position 676 of sixth exon of TNF-R-II gene and high ( 2.7 pg/ml) of IL-10 content in the blood serum, high treatment effectiveness is forecasted, wherein at detecting homozygous genotype TT in position 676 of sixth exon of TNF-R-II gene and low ( 1.0 pg/ml) of IL-10 content in the blood serum, low treatment effectiveness is forecasted. The present method provides to safe considerable and also to avoid therapeutical side effects.
