Novelty: Quick-action flow geyser provided with a system composed of a preheater and a quick-action energy-saving water heater. Constitution: A metal boiler (1) of from 10 to 25 L capacity, a water inlet with a deflector (4) at the bottom of the boiler, a hot water outlet (5) at the top of the boiler (4), a complex of electric resistances (2) of the preheater featuring power of 1000 to 1500W and a complex of electric resistances (3) of the quick-action heater featuring power ranging from 2.5 to 4 kW, the thermostats (6) of the resistance (3) of the quick-action heater and the thermostats (7) of the resistance (2) of the preheater, a magnesium rod (8) and a flange (9) for the installation of the resistances and thermostats. Problem to be resolved: The precise invention acts synchronically as ageyser and as a quick-action water heater. It resolves problems resulted from the use of ordinary geysers such as: hot water loss, energy loss, heating delay, heating of multiplied water quantity more than needed, exhaustion of the mains power due to the energy consumed by quick-action heaters featuring power of from 10 to 15 kW so that the synchronical operation of electric appliances is impeded, great quantity of energy consumed for heating small quantities of water, low temperature due to quick thermal flow, and obligatory installation of three-phase power network. Technical advantages: Due to heat accumulation and pre-heating operation, the invention provides great temperatures with use of low 1.5-kW power, double flow of hot water, heating of the desired quantity of water; compared to geysers and quick-action water heaters, the invention offers -due to its operation mode- 70 percent and 50 percent energy savings, respectively; connection to a double line of one-phase current (20A and 5A or 10A) due to the double thermostatic system provided so that no special electric installation is needed.
