The present invention relates to a method for providing variable telecom operator for a mobile chip comprising the steps of lodging a request made by a requester for any specified service operator; configuring the system for capturing the caller identity and referring it to SIMDB and update the system database for specified telecom operator; finding out the telecom operator belongs to that particular subscriber Identity Module (SIM) and route the query for respective telecom operator; generating the temporary numbers for hiding the actual number for the purpose of confidentiality; routing the requested query to the respective telecom operator fulfilling the request placed by the request handler against the temporary number; maintaining voice recordal and document details for any security purpose; updating and recordal of request details, response details, requester details, request handler details along with date and time into a SIMDB server, and a system for providing variable telecom operator for a mobile chip employing the said method.
