The present invention relates to a novel hormonal combination that can alleviate HSDD. The present invention relates to a composition comprising a novel combination of hormones with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. An aspect of the invention is to provide the hormonal composition in various dosage forms such as gel, transdermal patch, capsule, solution, emulsion, spray, drop, ointment, cream, and paste. The invention also provides a process for preparing the composition of the present invention comprising the novel combination of hormones.
