In order to provide an understanding of the basic aspects of the invention - The Church Bell Ringer - A simplified summary is presented in the following lines. Its sole purpose is to present some concepts in a simplified form as an overview of the detailed description of the background, figures , claims etc. The "Church Bell Ringer" invented is the answer to the search for modernising the mode of ringing the traditional Church bells by replacing human effort involved in it with the application of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering. While replacing human effort the Church Bell Ringer retains the tradition and sanctity involved on it. The Mechanical Engineering part includes a drive unit which is installed near to the bell. The Electronic Engineering applied is in the control unit, which can be fixed anywhere at convenience of operation. The decibels & velocity of the sound of the bell is maintained since the bell rings mechanically in the traditional method. The originality of the bell sound is not lost because only the human effort factor involved is replaced. The bell and the mode of ringing is the same as it is done by human effort. The Church Bell Ringer keeps accuracy in timing and pitch. Remote operation using a mobile phone is possible in the newly invented "Church Bell Ringer". The battery and the UPS attached to the control unit make the operation possible even if there is power failure. Manual ringing of the bell is also possible if required. One end of the rope attached to the bell and the same rope is fixed to the drive unit and the other end comes down to the ground for manual operation. To keep punctuality and accuracy the Church Bell Ringer is designed to operate by RTC (Real Time Clock) & PIC (Programmable mtegrated circuit). The Church Bell Ringer consumes only low power. 400watt 0.5HP motor is enough to ring the traditional form of bell of any size and weight. The concept of music bell is made easy if there are more bells of different tones.
