The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to the traumatology and orthopedics, as well as predicting method of loosening of the acetabular component of hip endoprosthesis in dysplastic osteoarthritis patients.Method contains the following steps: the anterior-posterior (A-P) radiography of pelvis; the center of the head of endoprosthesis (1) and right (2) and left (2) ischial tuberosities are localized; the line (3) connecting both ischial tuberosities (2, 2); perpendicular line (4) is drawn through the center of the head of endoprosthesis (1) towards to the line connecting ischial tuberosities (3); by angle line (5) the center of head of endoprosthesis (1) is connected with an upper edge (6) of the acetabulum; measuring the angle (7) between the perpendicular line (4) and the angle line (5). If the angle is 17 degree or less, the possibility of the loosening of the acetabular component of endoprosthesis is predicted.
