A novel process for manufacturing structural profiles of composite materials such as fibreglass and carbon fibre in thermofix and thermoplastic resins in a single step by means of a rigid mould that contains a diffuser tube with a flexible outer membrane that divides the supplying zone of a composite preform impregnated with resin which is continuously supplied, thus remaining between the rigid mould and the diffuser-membrane tube, the use of a suction system in the mould end portions allowing a vacuum to be generated between the membrane and the mould, thus extracting the volatile organic compounds (VOC) and compacting the composite (resin and fibre), while the diffuser tube introduces a hot flow, which expands the membrane in order to provide the final shape to the composite in the rigid mould in a single step, so that avoiding the injection of the resin in the process and being located directly in the fibre preform, thereby being a continuous composite supplying process for mouldin g structures in composite materials of fibreglass and carbon fibre in a plastic matrix.
