The present invention refers to a solubilising mixture, which comprises hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin, glycerin and propylene glycol which solubilises the components of a pharmaceutical formulation that includes a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, a local anaesthetic and an antibiotic. The present invention refers to a pharmaceutical solution for treating otitis, which is characterised in that it comprises tobramycine sulphate as antibiotic, ibuprofen as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, Lydocaine hydrochloride as a local anaesthetic and hydroxypropyl betaciclodextrin, glycerine and propylene glycol as solubilising agents and a-lipoic acid as an antioxidant. The present invention also refers to a method for dissolving the active principles: Tobramycine sulphate, ibuprofen and lydocaine hydrochloride. The invention also includes the use of the solubilising mixture which comprises hydroxypropyl betaciclodextrin, glycerine and propylene glycol for preparing a pharmaceutical solution fo r treating otitis.
