Antineoplastic combinations of the 4-anilino-3-cyanoquinoline neratinib and capecitabine

Disclosed is the use of neratinib and capecitabine in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a neoplasm and particularly for the treatment of breast cancer; wherein the medicament is formulated for administration of capecitabine in an amount of about 1250mg to about 3000mg daily; or wherein the medicament is formulated for administration of neratinib in an amount of at least about 40 mg.
