No. AW264036; SEQ ID NO: 118 and tx82a04.x1, Genbank Acc. No. AI689210; SEQ ID NO:123, using a micro array-based assay, wherein said probes comprise SEQ ID NO: 37, and SEQ ID NO: 41, wherein down regulation of said genes correlates with therapeutic efficacy for the treatment of an inflammatory gastrointestinal disorder.
