The invention relates to a stable resilient construction used for damping and reducing the energy of extraordinary and accidental dynamic loads resulting from earthquakes, floods and strong winds. According to the invention, the construction comprises a stable grating of bars (), resiliently assembled to one another in some nodes (), a spatial structure comprising a stable pyramidal system () consisting of lattice work-type bars, said structure having, within the meshes of the grating, some spatial or planar three-layered slabs () resiliently assembled with the bars () of the structure, having the role of walls, floors or roof, the structure being finally attached and resiliently supported by means of some nodes () on some tetrahedral-shaped foundations, directly supported on the field or supported on piles.
