The invention relates to a process for cultivating plants in bioactive mulch made of protective leguminous crops. The process consists in transforming an autumn leguminous crop, in early April, into vegetal mulch by rolling and treating with a suspension comprising a herbicide based on ammonium glyphosate or gluphosinate, treating the vegetable wastes, after one week, with a suspension of a bacterium antagonist to soil phytopathogenic fungi and exhibiting a stimulating activity on the plant growth, then after 2...3 days the desired crop is seeded directly on the vegetable mulch using a machine for seeding directly on the stubble field.
