The invention relates to a method for warning on late frosts in a fruit tree plantation, with a view to diminishing the problems generated by the freezing of the floral organs in various physiologic stages, the said warning being mainly meant for territorial structures of agricultural consultancy, fruit farms and insurance companies. According to the invention, the method consists in correlating information from a meteorological data base (), a phenologic data base (), a data base of pentadal minimal temperatures and their standard variations as compared with the multi-annual values () and a meteorological data base of the locality to be analyzed (), the said data being processed by an information computing and processing module () which may be a personal computer, the warning being achieved by means of a telecommunication warning module () and a module emitting risk isolines cartograms (), where the meteorological and phenologic data bases are multi-annual, the data are collected from a plurality of areas of fruit farming interest and use both hours and pentades as analysis time intervals, thereby allowing the estimation of the pentadal risk of damages caused by late frosts, while the interest temperature ranges for phenologic dynamics range between 2...8°C, between 8...14°C, between 14...20°C, and, finally, temperatures over 20°C.
