The invention relates to a mineral premix composition with chelated microelements and phyto-additives from medicinal plants for additivating combined fodders meant for feeding animals. According to the invention, the composition comprises 2% phosphate glass with microelements, 40% mixture of the following medicinal plants: willow herb, balm mint, sage, all-saints'-wort and hawthorn, 0.3% organic selenium source and 57.7% macroelements - mineral salts, the percentage being expressed by weight.
