The submitted invention refers to a synthesis of monodisperse colloidal amorphous nano silicon dioxide (SiO2) with narrow size distribution of spherically shaped particles in the range between 5 nm and 100 nm and concentration between 5 % and 25 %, to procedures of hydrolysis and condensation of alkylsiloxanes in an alcohol carrier medium in the presence of an acetic acid acidic catalyst at a synthesis temperature between 60 degrees Celsius and 90 degrees Celsius and a time at the maximum temperature between 0.5 and 2 hours, to binding of reactants with active groups (silanes, amines, aldehydes, ketones, carboxyls, carboxylates, esters, nitrates, isocyanates) to the surface of amorphous nano silicon dioxide as a preparation for chemical binding of organic and inorganic ligands in the concentration range from 10 to 60 mikromol/m2 at a reaction temperature between 60 degrees Celsius and 90 degrees Celsius and a retention time between 5 and 16 hours to obtain various concentrations of particles of amorphous nano silicon dioxide in monodisperse colloids, which is intended for integration into various organic-inorganic hybrid systems with specific chemical and physical properties for application on various surfaces in function of improvement of mechanical and abrasive properties of materials.
