Device consists of a drying chamber (1), of a modification chamber(2) conected with the evaporation chamber (3), which is fitted (5.1) for heating the inert gas, equipment (6.1) for circulating the inert gas and equipment (9) for separating evaporation of the solvent. The modification chamber (2) with the evaporation chamber (3) or drying chamber (1) with the modification chamber (2) are connected by a protective sheath (4) or (4.1). Also is described process of the modification cellulosic materials by drying to the moisture less than 3%, followed by impregnation and evaporation of evaporative substances.
