摘要

A method for modeling of pathological structural changes in urinary organs in experiment by loading tests. The experimental animals are subjected to chronic immobilized-emotional stress during 75-80 days, after animals are removed from experiment by decapitation under ether anesthesia, whereupon the removal of urinary organs is made and at presence in them of signs of activity decreasing of proliferative and differentiative processes in rats urotelium pathological structural changes in urinary organs are stated.
