PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF STABILIZED ZIRCONIUM DIOXIDE NANOCRYSTAL POWDER

摘要

A process for preparation of stabilized zirconium dioxide nanocrystal powder comprises dispersion of an aqueous solution of a mixture of salts of zirconium and metal, forming a solid solution with zirconium dioxide, through low-temperature plasma of arc discharge. The mixture of aqueous and alcohol suspension of nanocrystal particles of zirconium dioxide of monocline modification with aqueous or alcohol solution of salt of stabilizing metal is dispersed with ultrasound to the hot zone with temperature of 190-600 °C.
