摘要

A method for treatment of arthrogenic afterburning contracture comprises the taking of a segment from wide hip fascion and fixing in tissues which form a joint. Additionally the dissecting and exsicion of skin scars is carried out, selection and redresation of the joint, exsicion of the scar changed portion of arthral capsule, substituting of formed defect with a segment of wide hip fraction with fixing to reserved part of capsule and ligamentary apparatus, and also plastic substitution of wound defect with dermepenthesis.
