A method for infusion therapy at the large resections of liver comprises the intraoperational infusion therapy, and also introduction of colloids. The intraoperational infusion therapy is conducted under control of central venous pressure in a volume 4-6 ml/kg/ hour, and introduction of colloids is carried out after implementation of the basic stage of operation.
