A method for kinematic analysis of mechanism of III class is in determination of specific point that belongs to the basic link and is determined as a point of intersection of the axes of two arbitrary leads. To the con-rod point of the basic link of the mechanism of III class one connects an imaginary link that does not affect the degree of freedom of the mechanism. The kinematic analysis of the mechanism of III class is reduced to sequential kinematic analysis of two four-bar linkages – mechanisms of II class.
