A method for determination of obstetric complications in pregnant with viral hepatitis C, which comprises the research of indexes of bodily and psychical condition of a patient. The activity of alanine-aminotransferase is determined, level of total bilirubin, activity of aspartate- aminotransferase, complaints of patient are studied, the term of pregnancy is determined, combined infectious pathology is researched as well as concomitant diseases of the hepatobiliar system, size liver is determined by palpation, the degree of the alcohol use is determined, the presence of another extragenital pathology is determined. Further the appropriation of coefficient to each marked index is determined by five-mark scale and after counting of total amount of points the prognostic coefficient is determined by the formula.
