METHOD OF PRESSURE COUPLING DURING INSTALLATION OF FORGING EQUIPMENT

A method of pressure coupling during installation of forging equipment, according to which in objects of press-fitting a lead-in chamfer and elements for air outlet from the closed cavities are made, then the contact surfaces are cleaned followed by installation of the press-fitting objects and their positioning relative to each other, and then they are connected by pressing a hydraulic press crosshead on one of the objects of press-fitting. Working displacement of the movable crosshead of hydraulic press is determined by a transmitter.
