Method for evaluation of toxicity of ions of heavy metals in a test-system of culture of cells of mammals at which one carries out a complex investigation of viability of cells in dynamics with calculation by the data of kinetics of growth of specific rate of growthof culture (in phase of logarithmic growth), time of doubling of cell cultureand rate of cell division, that are calculated by the following formulae :,where- number of cells at time interval(on the 5-th day of cultivation);- number of cells on the 1-st day of cultivation;- observation time;By data on specific growth rateone calculates time of doubling of cell culture:And the rate of division of cells:,where- number of cells at area of preparation 0,05 mmon the 5-th day of cultivation;- number of cells at area of preparation 0,05 mmon the 1*st day of cultivation.
