An extrinsic genital endometriosis simulation method by means of autotransplantation of a uterine horn to parietal peritoneum consists in subjecting first estrogenization of experimental animals by means of daily folliculin injection under propofol anesthesia. Then anesthetized animal inferomedian laparotomy is performed, the right uterine horn is eliminated, dissecting away about 1,5-2 cm, the obtained fragment is dissected, dissecting it along into halves on parietal peritoneum. The antibiotic is administered into abdominal space and the wound is closed up.
