METHOD OF TRANSFER OF PROFILED BILLETS IN REGION OF CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE

A method of transfer of profiled billets near the continuous casting machine includes displacement of a billet up to the contact with a support after cutting in a cutting device of profiled billets. Drives of rollers of a roller conveyer are switched off in the area of a rack, a lifter of profiled billets is turned on, and its grippers remove the billet from the rollers of roller conveyer, then it is raised in upper position and stopped under horizontal decking the rack. The rollers of roller conveyer are set in a mode, in which their speed is adjusted with the casting speed. Then the drive of rotation of rack lodgments is turned on that arranges the billet on the horizontal floor of rack, it is returned to the starting position, the lifter drive of billets is turned on for lowering its grippers in the lower position.
