A method for surgical treatment of soft tissues defect of lower lip comprises the forming of internal and external coating of lower lip by two moved flaps. The internal coating of lower lip is formed by means of fasciocutaneous flap in the area of lower lip defect, and the external cover of lower lip is formed by means of moving of fasciocutaneous flap from the chin area.
