A roofing fiber-cement sheet is arranged as a rigid rectangular corrugated sheet that has the first and the second long edges arranged as covering corrugation and covered corrugation, respectively. The sheet has flat rectangular sections with same widths placed in one plane and with alternation with corrugations with placement of all the corrugations at the face side of the sheet, with formation of flat back side of the last one with depressions formed with the back sides of the waves. The first flat sections connects the covering wave and the first row wave, the last flat sections connects the last row wave with the covering wave, intermediate flat sections connect in sequence respective neighboring row corrugations, and the width of each flat section is not larger than the width of the row corrugation.
