method for treatment of CHOLEDOCHOLITHIASIS complicated with high mechanical jaundice

摘要

A method for the treatment of choledocholithiasis complicated with obstructive jaundice comprises the endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangiography, papillosphincterotomy and lithoextraction. First diagnostic papillotomy and endobiliary stenting are made, and endoscopic papillosphincterotomy and lithoextraction are performed after decline of obstructive jaundice and purulent cholangitis.
