METHOD FOR PREDICTING ATTAINMENT OF TARGET ARTERIAL BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

A method for predicting the attainment of the target arterial blood pressure in the patients with the arterial hypertension comprises the record of the arterial blood pressure with detection of the isolated systolic arterial hypertension. The particulars of the previous treatment are also taken into account (non-use of two and more hypotensive drugs, non-use of ACE inhibitors, the high risk of cardiovascular complications). The detection of at least one of said parameters points to the decrease in the probability of the attainment of the target arterial blood pressure by 38 %. When at least two factors are revealed, the probability of the attainment of the target arterial blood pressure is considered to decrease by 34 %, with at least three factors by 65 %, with at least four factors by 66 %.
