A method for predicting recurrent course of nephrolithiasis comprises scoring in points the attributes of prognostic factors and calculating the integral coefficient as the sum of points. The rapid (possible recurrence within one year) or slow (possible recurrence after one year) course is predicted depending on the integral coefficient obtained.
