A method for treatment of ordinary single renal cysts of middle and large sizes comprises the use of low-invasion operative method by punction cystostomy, forming of subcutaneous punction channel under ultrasonic control, introduction through a channel in the cavity of cyst of cystostomic nozzle with subsequent cyst punction, evacuation of cyst content. For introduction to the cyst cavity the cystostomic trocar is used as punction nozzle. The cyst punction is carried out, making sure, that the end of cystostomic trocar is in the cavity of cyst that represents the screen monitor of ultrasonic apparatus, after a stylet is removed from the tube. The content of cyst, being removed from the tube, is sent to cytologic research for presence of malignant cells. The cystography is carried out using roentgenologic substance, after that the three-day course of scelerotherapy and in future by means of ultrasonic apparatus the control examination of kidneys is performed and polychlorovinyl tube is removed from the cavity of cyst.
