METHOD FOR ENDOVIDEOSURGICAL TREATMENT OF RENAL CYST IN RETROPERITONEAL ACCESS

A method for the endovideosurgical treatment of renal cyst in retroperitoneal access comprises the access to the cyst in lateral position of the patient (on unaffected side) following balloon dilatation of the retroperitoneal space. Three trocars are inserted, the first trocar containing laparoscope. The surgical manipulations comprise the cut of the renal fascia, the mobilization of the kidney over the cyst under visual control, the cut of the wall of cyst, the removal of fluid, and the resection of the wall.
