A method for restoration of energy metabolism of endothelia of pregnant with preeclampsia and placenta disfunction on the background of chronic psychoemotional stress is solved by using of base therapy. In treatment complex the preparations of cytoflavin and tivortin are introduced, able to restore the energy metabolism of endothelia, causing the switching of reserve abilities of circulator placenta bed with its renewal in peripheral areas, that results in the removal of haemodynamic disorders at preeclampsia, and are used in average therapeutic doses.
