Gas6 and SATB1 content in preeclampsia placenta and decidual tissues and their correlation with oxidative stress and inflammation

         

摘要

Objective:To study the correlation of Gas6 and SATB1 content in preeclampsia placenta and decidual tissues with oxidative stress and inflammation.Methods:A total of 62 women who were diagnosed with preeclampsia in our hospital between May 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the PE group of the study and 70 healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. The placenta tissues were collected to detect the content of Gas6 and SATB1 as well as oxidative stress indexes and inflammation indexes, and decidual tissues were collected to detect the Gas6 and SATB1 content.Results:Gas6, ROS, MDA,NADPH P47-phox, p38MAPK and IL-1β content as well as LC3-II/LC3-I ratio in placenta tissues of PE group were significantly higher than those of control group, SATB1 content was significantly lower than that of control group, and Gas6 and SATB1 content in decidual tissues were not different from those of control group;ROS, MDA, NADPH P47-phox, p38MAPK and IL-1β content as well as LC3-II/LC3-I ratio in preeclampsia placenta tissues with high Gas6 expression and low SATB1 expression were significantly higher than those in preeclampsia placental tissues with low Gas6 expression and high SATB1 expression. Conclusion:Highly expressed Gas6 and lowly expressed SATB1 in preeclampsia placenta tissues can adjust the oxidative stress and inflammation, and thus lead to the occurrence and development of disease.
