摘要

Method for qualitative micro-histochemical detection of pyrols and pyrol-containing compounds at cattle poisoning with pyrolizidin alkaloids includes search of pyrols and pyrol-containing compounds in histological sections obtained of non-fixed material after hardening samples with freezing, through arrangement of qualitative analytical reactions with muriatic solution of n-dimethyl-amino-benzaldehyde, with oxidation of selenium in water solution, with izatin, and reaction with mercury chloride (II).
