A method for prognostication of the course of acute infectious myocarditis in children comprises the performing in a patient of generally accepted laboratory and instrumental researches. 20 clinical and instrumental signs are fixed and estimated by the search of their combinations - differential prognostic determinants which are characteristical for continuation of the disease. At presence of even one of differential prognostic determinants, the continuation of disease is prognosticated in future during more than three months.
