A method for determination of an optimal system for nitrogen fertilizing fruit crops in which parameters of physiologic-biochemical process intensity indices are determined. Coefficient of leaf and net photosynthetic yield under different combination of doses, terms and methods of nitrogen fertilization is determined. Criterions of the indices are compared with standard (optimal) values determined by sequential selection of a group of plants with highest values of the indices taking into account yield.
