A technique for anastomosis in the intestinal strangulation obstruction comprises intestinal resection within the viability margins with end-to-end anastomosis. The afferent intestinal loop is cut, the efferent loop is passed in perpendicular to the direction of the passage of the intestinal content. The ends of afferent and efferent loops are cut at an angle.
