METHOD OF IN VITRO PROPAGATION OF ELITE TREES OF COMMON BEECH (FAGUS SYLVATICA L.)

A method for propagating in vitro elite trees of common beech (Fagus sylvatica L.) includes initiating, multiplying, rooting and adapting to the conditions of unprotected area. At producing the propagation material of common beech a modified solid nutrient medium WPM for arboreous plants is used with the optimum content and concentration of growth regulators and pH of the medium experimentally especially selected for the beech: to initiate, the modified solid medium WPM is supplemented with 6-BA. To multiply, the modified solid nutrient medium WPM is supplemented with 6-BA, NAA mg and zeatin. To enroot, the modified solid nutrient medium ½WPM is supplemented with NAA and IBA.
