METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF FUNCTIONAL VALUE OF ATHEROSCLEROTIC AFFECTION OF CORONARY ARTERY

摘要

A method for determination of functional value of atherosclerotic affection of coronary artery prescribes determination of localization of atherosclerotic affection of coronary artery by hardware facilities. One measures proximal and distal pressure before and after zone of affection, in case if the ratio of distal and proximal pressure is in norm one introduces adenosine, with repetitive measurement, and in case if the ratio of distal and proximal pressures after administration of adenosine is less than 0.8 one makes a conclusion on need in intervention treatment of stenosis.
