METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH COMBINED ATHEROSCLEROTIC AFFECTION OF CAROTID AND CORONARY ARTERIES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiovascular surgery. After opening pericardium cavity, two purse-string sutures are applied on ascending aorta. After that introducer 6 Fr is installed into ascending aorta. It is used to catheterise compromised carotid artery. At the first stage of operation its angioplasty with stenting is performed. After performing stage of internal carotid artery stenting system of catheters and introducer are removed. Aortal cannula is installed into ascending aorta and apparatus of artificial blood circulation is switched on. At the second stage of surgery coronary artery bypass grafting is performed in conditions of artificial blood circulation.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid complications, which occur in isolation of carotid artery, not to resort to additional vascular accesses, to reduce operation trauma.;1 ex
