METHOD FOR CONTROL OF QUALITY OF PREPARATION OF TANGENT SURFACES OF FRICTION JOINTS ON HIGH-STRENGTH BOLTS

摘要

A method for control of quality of preparation of tangent surfaces of friction joints on high-strength bolts includes preparation of surfaces of element of fixed parts that are joined and a joining shift part, tightening those with a bolt with given tension force, installation to the fixed joined part of a device for determination of friction force and gradual increase of load on the joining shift part till coming to rated value of comparison characteristic. Tightening of the bolt is carried out till force corresponding to the lower boundary of tolerance field.
