METHOD FOR ESOPHAGOCARDIOMYOTOMY IN ACHALASIA OF ESOPHAGUS

摘要

A method for esophagocardiomyotomy in achalasia of esophagus comprises laparotomy, extramucous esophagocardiomyotomy followed by esophagofundoplication. The laparotomy is followed by sagittal diaphragmocrurotomy and mobilization of abdominal and inferior thoracic divisions of esophagus at above the diaphragm. Extramucous esophagocardiomyotomy is performed on the anterior surface of esophagus starting at the site 6- above the stricture area involving then the latter and cardial division of the stomach within the distance of 1.5- at the angle of 120° using high-frequency welding electrocoagulator PATONMEDECV3-300.
