METHOD FOR CORRECTING SYNDROME OF ENTERAL INSUFFICIENCY IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ILEUS

The method for correcting the syndrome of enteral insufficiency in the patients with acute ileus comprises the introduction of nasointestinal probe into the initial division of small intestine, the intestinal dialysis, the use of antihypoxic agents, enterosorbents and enteral alimentation. The dialysis is initiated intraoperatively and continues on the first postoperative day. On the first day, antihypoxic agents are administered twice and intestinal dialysis is performed four times. On the second day, enterosorbents are administered four times. The enteral alimentation is initiated since the first signs of peristalsis.
