METHOD FOR THE PREDICTION OF THE COURSE OF DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH LATE STAGES OF HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMA FOR THE GROUP WITH HIGH RISK

摘要

A method for determination of prediction of the course of disease in patients with late stages of Hodgkins lymphoma of the group of high risk includes determination of factors of unfavorable prognosis. In patients one additionally investigates polymorphism of the gene glutathione S-transferase P1 by method of polymerase chain reaction with detection of the results in the mode of real time, and at determination of homozygote type of inheritance of the wild-type allele (genotype IIe/IIe) one predicts unfavorable course of the disease.
