METHOD FOR ARTERIALIZATION OF PORTAL BLOOD IN PATIENTS WITH METASTATIC LESIONS IN LIVER

摘要

A method for arterialization of the portal blood in the patients with metastatic lesions in liver comprises applying the permanent end-to-end vascular anastomosis between the splenic artery and the umbilical vein by passing the catheter into the portal system. Besides, the arterialization of the portal system is provided by the passage of the catheter via right gastro-omental vein.
