FINISHING METHOD IN TABLE CONCENTRATOR OF INTERMEDIATE PRODUCTS FROM PREVIOUS CONCENTRATIONS OF SCRAP OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

A finishing method in a table concentrator of intermediate products from previous concentrations of a scrap of electronic equipment comprises supplying feedstock and water on the table concentrator with a sloping deck suspended on rope suspensions at an angle, creating vibration frequency, removal from it of dressing products, drying thereof. Into initial intermediate product up to 15 % of the product of intermediate density between the particles of copper and aluminum alloys with density of 7700-7900 kg/mand coarseness of -5 + is introduced and concentration is conducted at increased up to 7° of lateral inclination angle of the table deck and concentrate of copper-containing particles after drying is cleaned from iron by magnetic separation.
