An immunoenzyme test-system for qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of the classes IgG and IgA antibodies to C. trachomatis "DIA- Chlamydia-IgG-IgA", wherein synthetic peptides analogs of antigens of C. trachomatis are sorbed to polystypene tray. One uses antibodies against human IgG class immuneglobulins as conjugate. In the test system used are immunosorbent recombinant polypeptide analog of membrane protein MOMP-HIS C. trachomatis, two positive controls (1 inactivated human blood serum comprising human IgG class immunoglobulins, 2 - inactivated human blood serum comprising human IgA class immunoglobulins, specific to C. trachomatis), two peroxidase conjugates of monoclonal antibodies to human class G and A immunoglobulins detected by means of one-component solution of developer, and to estimate the change of level of antibodies in dynamics the result of analysis is expressed in DIA Units (DU).
